Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@dasmo.in with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are available for: paid plan upgrades (Starter, Pro), and unused premium features. Refunds may not be available for: storage consumed beyond the free tier, third-party integrations, or accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
4. Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
5. Plan Downgrade
Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Any content exceeding the Free plan storage limit will remain accessible for 30 days, after which it may be subject to our storage policies.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Custom enterprise solutions, API access fees, and vendor-specific licensing agreements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific agreement.
