By accessing or using DASMO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
DASMO is a digital memory platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital memory frames using photos, videos, voice messages, and other media. Projects can be accessed via unique URLs and QR codes.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use DASMO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to DASMO. By uploading content, you grant DASMO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share all content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content; use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the platform; use automated tools to scrape or access the Service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Storage & Limits
Free accounts receive a limited storage allocation. Paid plans offer increased storage and additional features as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid features are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your content may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
DASMO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DASMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
